Working with Q2 is easy

You don’t need any experience in mental health and we’ll get you started in minutes without any special software or training.

Q2 offers four main services to organizations. Our Surveys + Reports are the first step. Surveys are intended to be done on a regular basis to monitor changes and provide ROI on wellness programs. Numbers two through four are available to add on if your report indicates further support is needed.

1. surveys + reports

Our surveys are based on validated mental health assessments that Q2’s clinical team has adapted for the workplace. We ask the questions leaders may not be comfortable asking their employees. Surveys are always confidential and anonymous.

Q2 reports are at the heart of our solutions, delivering insight that organizations can use to plan wellness and EAP investments. They illustrate where your employees are thriving and where they need support. Every report includes actionable recommendations you can implement immediately, targeted to the area(s) of most need. When you re-test regularly, the data can be compared to past reports to track trends and measure ROI.

Available areas of assessment: stress, burnout, anxiety, worry, depression, and psychological health & safety.

2. employee support

The Q2 Report might recommend providing employee mental health support. We offer this through self-directed therapy that is delivered on demand to each employee. Employees decide on the frequency of their therapy and the mode in which it is delivered.

Our therapeutic solutions offer education, strategies, and practical advice – they are curated to the exact needs of your employees and are as unique as the individuals who use them. Curriculum covers issues like stress, burnout, worry, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. All our therapy is confidential to the employee and guided by the ethical and privacy practices of clinical therapy.

3. leadership and management support

The Q2 Report might recommend providing leadership and management with support. We will work with your team to put the Q2 Report recommendations into action. We provide on-demand training on common leadership issues, as well as virtual or in-person seminars customized for your workplace.

Companies that are required to comply with various regional and national standards for psychological health & safety in the workplace will find both our surveys and solutions an invaluable tool for certification and compliance.

4. Consultancy

We know that not all organizations are created equal and that mental health can show up in the workplace in different ways. Q2 provides leadership and HR teams with individual coaching and consulting on workplace mental health and psychological health & safety issues that can be tailored to the uniqueness of your organization and industry. We can also provide in-person (Vancouver, Canada) or virtual counselling to leadership or your employees.

Q2 combines counselling psychology with clinical research, business health insights and evidenced-based practices to improve workplace mental health.
